I had to do some digging myself to see what causes this. And I saw something interesting in Time magazine by an expert, and it made a lot of sense. In a nutshell, the video shows very strong winds, and the floor is moss covered, which means the floor isn't solid like a dirt floor. This leaves the roots of the young smaller trees somewhat exposed. So when the high winds come, it lifts the roots up, lifting the soft moss floor, that gives the illusion of breathing! Amazing how nature is.
