Baskin Robbins is making your Swiss Roll heaven come true. Their newest creation is a combination of red velvet cake and ice cream; it is called the Red Velvet Roll Cake.
It has the classic shape of a Swiss Roll it replaces the cream for Creole Cream Cheese ice cream that mimics the richness of red velvet cake frosting. The roll is also topped with red velvet cake crumbs and chocolate curls to give it a log-like appearance.
You can find this treat at participating Baskin Robbins locations all throughout the holiday season. A mini version serves 2-4 people and costs $22.99 while the regular size feeds 6-8 people and costs $34.99.
