This food stands specializes in selling only fried chicken skin and making creative snacks out of them.
The company launched in 2017 and has quickly become a hit. If you check out their website, it describes their chicken skins as "lightweight, healthier snacks" with "that crunch you crave." And get this, each serving has only about one carb!
It is important to Chick N' Skin that they play a part in reducing waste and environmental impact. So, they shared that by using their skins to create snacks, that the whole chicken can actually be used!
