As a parent, or someone who spends time around babies, we all know how stressful it can be to be around a crying baby. Especially if you can't seem to get them to stop no matter what you do. You go through the list of practical solutions like maybe they are hungry and need a bottle, need to be rocked asleep, a diaper change, as you know the list goes on and on.
After trying all of these things and more, sometimes the crying still doesn't stop. Thankfully, YouTube user and Dad, Daniel Rice, shared his helpful life hack that immediately hushed his crying baby. Not only did his baby stop crying, but instantly fell asleep! I know this sounds like a dream come true to all parents. Here's what Daniel did:
He simply pulled out a hairdryer, and turned it on! The sound the BaByliss hairdryer made seemed to calm the baby into a relaxed state enough to fall asleep. Is it a coincidence that the word "baby" is hidden in the hairdryer's brand name?! I think not! I'm sure any hairdryer brand would do, but ow neat is that!
Fellow YouTube users left comments like "That's why it's called baby bliss" and "My newborn does this but with a fan, as do most. White/static noises sooth babies - Hoover's work in a similar fashion."
