WATCH: Growing up, we all heard that you can do whatever you put your mind to. And this young girl is showing that it's true! Would you believe that Sky Brown is 11 years old, and she just competed in the X Games in Minneapolis this past weekend! She even performed a trick that has never been done before in X Games history!
But her eyes aren't only on the X Games here, she is looking forward to competing in the Olympics in Tokyo next year in 2020. If you didn't know, the Olympics have accepted Skateboarding as one of the new events this year. She might have the talent to do it too!
Don't get to excited though for her to rock the red white and blue, as she is half British and half Japanese. She also lives in Japan, so she might be competing for another country. But that doesn't mean we can't wish the best for her! I think she is going to do great! Check out her story below:
This little girl is fearless, isn't she? Who would have thought that a pink cast could look so good haha. And that won't stop her from doing what she loves. I really hope that she does well over the next year so she can compete. Imagine watching such a young girl compete with the best in the world?
