A video of a young boy saying sweet words to a fish he caught and released has gone viral! I can personally say it has melted my heart and I know it's going to capture yours, too!
In the video shared by News 4 Jax in Jacksonville, Florida, you can see a young fisherman holding a bass and talking about how it was his “personal best” catch.
The young boys father, Velt Cooper, recorded the video and you can also hear him in the background cheering on his kid.
As the young fisherman gently places the fish back into the water he says “Let’s put this beauty back in the water, my personal best.” He then pets the fish and adds “I hope you go back and be better... One day we gonna meet back again.”
The fish then swims away and the young boy yells “Show me what you working with!”
Once the video hit Twitter, users were filled with such joy and couldn't contain it. They have been leaving comments of love and encouragement.
