This Mom's Hilarious Candy Chart Is What All Parents Need

Moms and Dads work hard at being parents everyday. Halloween is just days away and they're about to take the kiddos out trick-or-treating. We all know that parents secretly (or not so secretly) love to sneak some candy from their kid's stash after they're sound asleep. They shouldn't have to worry about counting calories of a mini candy bar, but just enjoy it!

Nebraska-based mom and blogger, Maralee Bradley, had this same thought and created something amazing to encourage parents to just eat that candy with no guilt! She shared a photo on Facebook of a chart she created that went viral for all the right reasons.

If you're a busy momma (or poppa) with lots on their to do list, then sometimes simply just getting through the day and checking things off your to-do list deserves an award.

In Bradley's Facebook post, she wrote "Around Halloween I kept seeing this picture go around that listed different candies, their calorie count and what kind of exercise you should do to burn them off. Um, no thank you. Motherhood is hard enough without candy guilt. So I whipped up this little chart to put a bit of a different spin on it. Motherhood is hard, candy is delicious and maybe it's okay to sometimes give ourselves a little reward for being awesome moms. No amount of candy can "burn off" the stress and frustration of your average day of motherhood, but I'm not going to say it doesn't help. This is entirely tongue-in-cheek, so I hope you enjoy it in the spirit it was intended."

Take a look at the hilariously brilliant chart below!
