Photographer Captures Adorable Baby Bears 'Dancing' In Forest

Valtteri Mulkahainen, a physical education and health teacher from Finland, devoted six years of his life to his love for photography.

He's most famous for some photos of his that went viral of "dancing" bear cubs in the Suomussalmi forests.

Mulkahainen couldn't even believe his own eyes when he saw this extraordinary site. He said "When I saw them (the bear cubs) standing on their hind legs I thought I was imagining it. It seemed like I was in the middle of the magic forest in a fairy tale. If the bears began to sing I probably wouldn’t have been surprised because it was so unusual to watch."

Haha! We would've been surprised! This seriously does sound and look like a fairy tale or dream or a cute cartoon scene.

The cubs were only months old and their behavior totally resembled that of playful kids. He said "The cubs behaved like little children. They were playing and even started a few friendly fights. I felt like I was on a playground in front of my house, where small children frolic around. That’s how much they reminded me of little children. At one point, the three of them got up on their hind legs and started pushing each other. It was like they were dancing in a circle."

Imagine if you saw this what you'd think?! I'd be rubbing my eyes so hard to see if it was actually real!

The fact that Mulkahainen even captured photos of these bears is incredible because they tend to avoid humans and immediately run away at the site of one. He was in the right place at the right time!

He said "It was interesting to observe that they are all different in character - some were bullies and others avoided fights and were calm. Most of their scenes are reminiscent of characters from fairy tales about bears where all the bears walk on their hind legs and twist dance."

This is such a truly incredible story, moment, and photo!
