Quarantine Stress Reliever Tips From Dr. Phil

Dr. Phil is back with some tips to help us all survive stress under quarantine!

These home remedies are simple and quick and effective!

He says the first thing we have to do is acknowledge that life is crazy and stressful right now and make a conscious, daily effort to deal with it.

All you need are some basic exercises:

  • 10 seconds of tensing up and 10 seconds of relaxation.
  • To release tension and physical stress, breathe in for 3 seconds and exhale for 6 seconds.
  • When your mind starts racing, make sure to think of positive things to keep you on the right mental track.

Remember to take time for yourself to relax and breathe!
