A 6-year-old Raelynn Nast was a big daddy's girl and always proud of her dad. Recently he passed away of colon cancer at just 41 years old. Raelynn was devastated and heartbroken. A woman named Emily Beineman was jogging with her dog Blue the day of Raelynn's father's visitation. When she ran past the funeral home she heard a tiny voice from behind the chapel steps.
She asked to meet her puppy! She explained that her dad was lying inside and gave Blue a big hug and asked Emily to come in and see her dad. The proud daughter asked a complete stranger to come in and meet her dad. Everyone was confused when she walked in but noticed that Raelynn and Emily had a special connection.
The sweet woman and puppy made Raelynn's day and now they plan to be friends forever!
