A woman on TikTok named Mollie Trainor, created a video saying that she had been given the best dating advice EVER. Well that advice say no to a man on the first date.

She began by saying that the advice she is now sharing herself was from a professional self-defense expert, her video has racked over 1.6 million views.

Mollie said, "The advice she gave was that whenever you are on a first date with a guy, find a reason at some point during the date to say no. It doesn't have to be anything big," she added, "and you don't have to be rude about it."

Now for the reason as to why this should be done...apparently if you tell a person "No" you can tell a lot about them by the way they respond after it's been said.

She went on to say "Her daughter did this once, and didn't like her date's reaction. Later that date, he tried to attack her in the restaurant's bathroom."

Since Mollie posted her video it already received more than 510,000 likes and 2,000 comments from people who thanked her for sharing such great advice.

One person commented, "This is such incredible advice. Also, we tend to agree and be agreeable on the first date has to come across nice."

Another user said, "I did this with my current bf of two years - said no to our first kiss the first time he asked - and he was so understanding. Tells you a lot!"

But a third person said, "Really sad to see that women HAVE to have all these tactics to stay safe... we, dudes, gotta do better."

"So true. I've had some guys try to kiss me on the first date and I said no. They got salty, defensive, &/ or ghosted me after. Dodged bullets lol," added someone else.
