Mothers day is the time to show mom how much you love them, well these twins had the idea to give stepmom the gift of her life.
Becky Ruvolo, 37, is the stepmom to Julianna and Gabriella Ruvolo 20 year old identical twins. This holiday the girls gave Becky a photo album of their family throughout the years. Of course this was all captured on video to remember this touching moment. The clip shows Becky, their stepmom for 12years reading from the gifted album.
“You are family, you are home, you are the true definition of what a mother is ... With that being said, we have one thing to ask you,” Becky reads in part.
The book wasn't just a book filled with memories but a book that was made to create a memory. Twins Julianna and Gabriella asked stepmother Becky the big question: Will she legally adopt them?
Becky was in awe at the request she had just read that she responded , "Rally?" before she brings her hand to her face covering her tear of joy.
Both girls were next to Becky and joined her in celebrating the joy of their request. Wiping the tears from there eyes and embracing each other in a group hug. In a longer video it shows Becky read the message Twins shared with her.
“Happy Mother’s Day, Mom," the note began. "There aren’t enough words in the world to thank you for what you’ve done for us. For the past 12 years, you taught us the true meaning of unconditional love and shown us what a mother’s love should be. More than that, you’ve become our best friend, someone we can depend on, and someone we can look up to and strive to be like as we grow."
Becky said their request was “the best gift” and admitted that she had “wanted this for so long," a sentiment which Julianna and Gabriella shared.
The twins knew that Becky wouldn't object to the question, so they had the adoption paperwork ready for her to sign. After she said yes! all she needed was a pen.
All Becky had left to say was, “Get me a pen!”
