Another viral video to get you in the feels, showing TikToker's paying it forward. The video shows Tiktok user interacting with a Starbucks barista before changing his day. The video showed a TikToker who goes by Perri, goes thru a Starbucks drive thru and asks her barista what his dream life looks like.
Manny responded with getting a car, which would cost around $1000. He also expressed hoe he had be struggling with mental health, then the driver replied "you might see me around"
They then went to buy him flowers and a toy car along with a $1000 tip, they then returned to the Starbucks to give him the surprise.
“I never got flowers before,” Manny says heartwarmingly before he opens the box with the money and instantly bursts into tears. “Today I had suicidal thoughts and didn’t feel like waking up.”
“You’re so loved,” Perri tells him. “Light will shine on your face again.”
The video has received so much love with over 27.5 million views and 5.7 million likes and even more comments blown away by the kindness.
“You just saved a life,” one TikToker wrote. “Kindness is key guys.”
“He will never forget this moment,” said another. “Bless him”
The account also created a fundraiser to help the barista with his new car.
“Manny is a Starbucks barista in high school facing a battle with depression and anxiety. He takes the bus to work everyday, because he doesn’t have the financial means to afford a car,” the fundraising page reads. “We started out the donations by giving him $1,000, but to get a good car we set a goal to raise him $10,000.”
They had a goal set to $15,000 and its currently at $28,000 to help Manny the barista get his new car.
