Ruppert Landscape, a leader in commercial landscaping services recently announced they were giving 1200 employees a bonus for all of their hard work and dedication. The generous
bonus which totals 28 million dollars were proceeds from the company's recent partnership with investment firm, Knox Lane.
Employees with at least one year of tenure will receive anywhere from $7000 to $200,000 depending on their salary and years of service. However, executive were excluded
from this bonus incentive.
“Everyone receiving this bonus was instrumental in helping create the value that we’ve been able to realize,” said CEO Craig Ruppert. “This bonus is money that is well-deserved and a way for us to acknowledge the value of our teams’ contributions and the essential role that they will play in our company’s future.”
The bonus will be paid on top of the company’s annual year-end bonus and all the regular benefits.
