Super Bloom of Tulips at Descanso Gardens

The Super Bloom of Tulips is happening now at Descanso Gardens. To celebrate Spring, I ventured out to La Canada and took in all the beautiful colors of Tulips and Cherry Blossoms in Season. There are so many beautiful flowers, trees and plants to see right now and I spent hours taking pictures of the Tulips. It's one of the most stunning Tulip seasons I have seen at Descanso Gardens. Here are photos of the amazing colors and different Tulips blooming now!

Here is the bloom update from Descanso Gardens:

Tulips: The #tulips are at peak bloom along the Promenade. We recommend coming this week if you'd like to see them in full bloom

Cherry blossoms: One 'Pink Cloud' tree has completed its bloom cycle and another is still flowering in the #Japanese Garden. Peak bloom occurs when the 'Akebono' and 'Beni Hoshi' trees flower in the Japanese Garden, but those trees are not blooming yet

Magnolias: #Magnolias are blooming in the Japanese Garden and near Center Circle

Crabapple: Early #crabapple blossoms can be found near Center Circle and the Rose Garden

Lilacs: The very first #lilacs of the season are flowering. The majority of the Lilac Garden is not in bloom, but should start flowering more in April

Daffodils: The crop of #daffodils along the Promenade has completed its bloom cycle. You can find other daffodils blooming throughout the garden
