A tattoo artist and sculptor is bringing positivity to his community through his creativity with snow. Raul Casillas and residents in Southern Oregon have experienced power outages, fallen trees, and more during the recent winter storm. Casillas says he wanted to use the snow to his advantage to create something big and larger than life. He decided to build a giant 8-foot snowman! The neighborhood kids gathered together to help Casillas bring his vision to life. The kids were passing the artist shovels full of snow as it became a team effort. The snowman turned into the talk of the town as many people would come to check out the chilly invention. The kids told visitors to "Honk if you like it!" The low temperatures are excepted to help keep the spirits and the snowman alive over the next couple weeks.
