Ever wish you could take some of that Disney magic home with you? This Disney fan owns a vintage Autopia car that's fully functional and painted bright yellow. Peter Menotti says the car lets him be a 9-year-old every weekend. Autopia was one of the first rides when Disneyland opened, and is known for its winding track and chance to drive for the first time. Disney rarely sells equipment but Menotti was luck enough to get his hands on the old Mark VII design the park used from the 60s to the late 90s. He was only able to get the body and had to do some rebuilding of his own. He has a background in 3-D printing and wanted to make sure the car resembles as closely to the original car as he could. From the safety strap to the Autopia MKIV emblem, he included it all. He invested about $60,000 in the car and is the only one who drives it. Menotti says the car is magical and makes you feel like a kid.
