According to a new study, there are certain years when you're more likely to make changes in your life. But surprisingly, those birthdays aren't the milestone birthdays, like 30 or 40 or 50.
Instead, researchers found those facing a "9-ender," like 29, 39 or 49, are more likely to re-evaluate their lives and change their behaviors. It seems that as we approach those 9-ending years, we realize we're approaching a new decade -- and this pushes us to be more thoughtful.
