82% Of Teens Own An iPhone

Apple's iPhone seems to still be highly preferred over Android phones.

According to Piper Jaffray's "Teens Survey," 82% of teenagers own an iPhone. This survey questioned thousands of teens in 40 states and the average age was 16-years-old. Since last fall, that is a 78% rise and is the highest number of teen iPhone owners this survey has seen.

It is highly possible that this percentage will grow as 84% of teenagers said that an iPhone will be their next phone.

The popularity of the iPhone might be leading to people's interest in the Apple Watch. Within the next six months, 20% of teens have plans to buy one.

According to the survey, there is only one watch brand above Apple and that is Rolex.

Things are looking well for Apple especially gift giving season is quickly approaching!
