1. Vintage Estate in La Canada Flintridge, CA: It was built by ornithologist, Robert T. Moore, in 1929. On the property, he had thousands of exotic birds. Before the construction of the home was even completed, it already had a mysterious aura. The owner passed away is his room on the night before Halloween in 1958.
2. Maison Vitry in New Orleans: This home was built in 1855. It has 3,700 square feet and sits in the historic Treme neighborhood. It was owned by Louise Vitry and even appeared on American Horror Story.
3. Captain Grant's in Preston, CT: During he Revolutionary War, this home was a shelter for Continental Army soldiers and even help slaves escape in the Civil War. Ever since this home became an inn, guests have shared that they've heard weird noises and saw apparitions in the Adelaide room. One guest told us she woke up in the middle of the night to see a woman wearing Colonial type clothes and holding the hand of two kids. Some guests haven't seen anything, but have said they have felt hands caressing their face. There have also been reports of TV's turning on and off.
4. Parks-Bowman Mansion in New Orleans: The hosts of this home have a haunted bedroom on the third floor. It is a small room with a private balcony that is semi-covered by an oak tree. A young girl in a yellow dress from the 1890's haunts the room. However, she is shy.
5. The Manor in St. Paul, MN: Built in 1883, The St. Pioneer Press called this manor the "most mysterious house" in the area. The exterior is dark colored and castle like. It even has a Doberman guard dog named Scorch.
6. Laura's Cottage in Savannah: Built in 1799, this cabin is a stop on ghost tours in Georgia. It appeared in the film The Conspirator.
7. David Stewart Farm in Gettysburg, PA: This is a farmhouse and a barn. Both were used as a field hospital for the Civil War after the Battle of Gettysburg. There are ghosts but we heard they are friendly!
