If your a parent and your child has ever lost a toy, you must know how heart breaking it must be for them.
Anna Pickard's son lost his Teddy Bear while on vacation in Hawaii at the Grand Hyatt Kauai.
Once they discovered the Teddy Bear was missing, she was on a mission to find him!
So she wrote an email to the hotel after she realized that her son left the teddy bear in the pull out bed back in the hotel room.
The hotel's housekeeping director told them that they had Sutro, the teddy bear!
To help brighten spirit of Pickard's son, the hotel wanted to do something fun.
They took photos to show that Sutro became a VIP guest and was adventuring around the hotel to reassure Anna's son that his teddy bear was doing just fine!
