Yikes!
In-N-Out was not happy about this!
The food chain has sued Puma over their 'Drive Thru' sneakers.
Puma created these In-N-Out themed sneakers that were selling for $90.00 on Puma's website.
They are an all white leather shoe with red and yellow coloring representing the food chain restaurant.
The laces feature the red palm trees that look just like In-N-Out's logo.
Puma tried to be creative and the company went out of its way to avoid mentioning the Burger Chain.
The official description of the shoe reads:"The Cali Drive Thru pays homage to this classic style and an essential part of the Cali lifestyle: its burger diners." Ah, yes. Our "burger diners."
In-N-Out was not having it!
So now they are deciding to sue due to the burger chain wanting to protect their brand.
