You still may be recovering from the season finale of Game of Thrones.
Prior to the season ending, HBO announced there would be a Game of Thrones prequel!
It looks like you are going to have to wait a little while for this to happen since it looks like it won't be airing until 2021.
The pilot will begin filming in June of this year.
According to president of HBO programming, Casey Bloys he stated that having the prequel air a year later feels too rushed and the casting was just completed a few weeks ago.
Bloys went on to explain that he doesn't want to over do it and he has to be careful about how they go about creating the prequel.
The Game of Thrones prequel will look closer into the origins of the White Walkers, the mysteries of the East and the Starks of legend.
