TSA is making some adjustments and just updated their policy on cannabis changing the medical marijuana section of "What Can I Bring?"
Now when you visit the website, you'll see certain sections of "no" that have changed to "yes."
The agency is allowing hemp-derived CBD products to be carried on planes under certain circumstances.
In the past, TSA made it clear that there would be no distinction between marijuana and hemp-derived preparations.
The website warned that no cannabis products could be taken as carry-on items or checked bags.
So now as of Memorial Day weekend, certain cannabis products are illegal under federal law and TSA agents are required to report any suspicious violations.
