She ordered a custom made cake from Walmart and when they went to cut the first slice, they found out it wasn't cake.
Walmart messed up the order... but not just with the wrong flavored cake.
When the family when to pick up the cake, the store had no record of her name or any order.
To make up for this, an employee let her choose a ready-made cake free of charge!
When the woman chose a single-layer blue and white frosted cake, she wanted Walmart to add some customization.
When they tried to cut into the cake, it wasn't moving.
The knife crunched through a block of white Styrofoam!
Once this happened, the family took the issue to Twitter.
Some say they over reacted, some agreed with them.
Walmart apologized for their mistake.
