If you shop at Trader Joe's for your groceries, you may want to keep this in mind.

Especially if you are a healthy eater.

As of July 1st, according to Growers Express they just announced that packaged vegetable products are being recalled.

They are under the Trader Joe's and Green Giant Fresh brand due to Listeria Monocytogenes Contamination.

If you have TJ's Butternut Squash Spirals, Zucchini Spirals, variety of cauliflower, sweet potato and ramen bowls all have this issue.

Here are the states that are currently on the company's statement: Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maine, South Carolina, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Virginia, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont, New York, Maryland, Alabama, Washington DC, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, Ohio, Tennessee, and Wisconsin.

As of right now, there have been no illnesses reported.

Tom Byrne who is the president of Growers Express stated "We self-reported the need for this recall to the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and stopped production immediately after being notified of a single positive sample by the Massachusetts Department of Health."

So if you have any of those items, please be aware and take caution!
