TSA Is Letting You Travel With Star Wars Galaxy's Edge Coke Bottles.. Again

If you've visited Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, you may have been told that you weren't able to bring back the Coke Bottles since TSA banned them from carrying them on flights.

Due to them resembling explosive devices, TSA banned them and that they weren't allowed in carry-on or checked baggage. Which means if you really wanted these bottles as a souvenir, you would have to ship them home to yourself.

Now, TSA has changed their rules. According to an updated statement, they said:

"The issue concerning Star Wars Galaxy's Edge-themed soda bottles has recently been brought to our attention by the general public, as these items could reasonably be seen by some as replica hand grenades. We appreciate the concerns being raised, because replica explosives are not permitted in either carry-on or checked bags. We have completed our review, and instructed our officers to treat these as an oversized liquid. Because these bottles contain liquids larger than 3.4 ounces (100 milliliters), they should be put in checked baggage or emptied to be brought on as carry-on item."

What do you think about this? Do you think TSA had the right to ban the bottles in the first place?
