Study Shows Adele's Music Will Help You While Sitting In Traffic

According to Scientists, you should listen to Adele while you drive in rush hour traffic!

It's been discovered that her piano-heavy tunes will reduce stress behind the wheel. Researchers noticed that the heart rates of people were more regular with music.

They then tested their theory on a group of give women driving in a Brazilian city with piano instrumental versions of Adele's songs.

Some of the songs were "Someone Like You" and "Hello."

In another test, the group of women drove around in silence and then the next day they listened to music and their heart rates were measured.

What do you think about this? Do you think it really works?
