It's almost the new year which means its time for resolutions!
If you are looking to be healthy, there is a new term we are kicking 2020 off with. It's veganuary! It's a non-profit that encourages people to go vegan and January and for the rest of the year. Apparently it was launched five years ago and more than a quarter million people took the pledge.
Last year, the charity sent out an American press release that stated the concept was gaining momentum as it expands across the pond. Veganaury hopes to increase their numbers again this year.
