Dr. Oz Believes We Don't Actually Need To Eat Breakfast

Dr. Oz is now promoting the hashtag #CancelBreakfast.

The movement is to cancel the idea that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. He stated "I think for 2020, one of the first thing I'm going to do is ban breakfast. I don't think we need to eat breakfast. That's an advertising ploy."

He explained that we should have our first meal when you're actually hungry and if you are intermittent fasting and haven't had a late dinner, this will happen mid morning.

Dr. Oz believes that most Americans are addicted to life more than food.
