If You Wear Contacts, Switching To Glasses Can Help Stop Spread Coronavirus

To help reduce the spread of pandemic virus that caused COVID-19, experts are suggesting to put your contact lenses on the shelf and wear your glasses!

The reason for this is because wearing glasses can help you stop touching your face, a key way any virus is spread. When you wear contact lens, you touch your eyes to put in and remove the lens twice or more a day, you also are touching your eyes and face much more than people who don't wear contacts.

Think about it! You rub your eyes, rub your face, scratch your face, put your fingers in your mouth, put your fingers in your nose.

Glasses also may provide protection from any coronavirus particles floating in the air.

Just keep this in mind!
