Since it is now required to wear a face mask in Los Angeles, many of you may be using fabric face masks.
Here's the best way to clean them! You boil your fabric mask for 5 minutes and it's recommended that you only do it 10 times, then move on to the next one you have to clean.
Washing your mask on hot and in the washing machine works well, but hand-washing with soap and water works well. Another solution that may be helpful is if you use 1 quart of hot water, 1 teaspoon of bleach for 5 minutes.
Be aware... too much bleach could damage your mask and you also don't want to inhale too many fumes from the bleach.
