Starbucks Is Planning To Re-Open Closed Stores By June!

Starbucks announced that they will be extending their closures until May 3rd due to the outbreak of COVID-19.

Many Starbucks locations are still offering delivery and to-go orders. The company is looking to re-open locations that are completely shut down by June.

Back on March 20th, stores without drive-thru locations shut down but Starbucks extended catastrophe pay and service pay. Some of these benefits will end on May 3rd as the company will try to return to normal operating.

According to CEO Kevin Johnson, he said that additional benefits for employees will begin to phase out in June as they hope to get things back to normal. When Starbucks re-opens, contact-less service, pickup, delivery will still be strongly encouraged.
