Officials in the city of Santa Clarita are now set to host a contactless Halloween event that will take place at the end of October.

This will give residents the opportunity to participate in a spooky, family-friendly experience according to the description. The event will take place on Haunted Highway along with the neighboring street, Scarecrow Alley. The event will be free. A statement from the city was released that read :

"Buckle up for a trip down Haunted Highway,” reads a statement from the City issued Tuesday. This spooky, family-friendly experience allows you to celebrate all the tricks and treats of Halloween from the comfort and safety of your own vehicle."

Haunted Highway is a contactless drive-thru Halloween experience and Scarecrow Alley is a competition that challenges individuals, non-profit organizations and businesses to design and decorate a family friendly scarecrow that will be on display for the event.

Guests are required to stay in their vehicles at all times and wear face coverings if they roll down their windows.

Will you be attending a Halloween event like this, this year?
