According to a study, a majority of Americans support eliminating daylight saving time!
Springing the clock forward an hour in March was linked to an increase in heart attacks, strokes, car accidents and a decrease in work and school performance. Sleep experts are now even recommending staying in standard time year round for people to get a natural and consistent sleep.
Researchers are currently starting to investigate the effects of daylight saving time on our health, sleep and more.
