The day has come! For months now, the only way to enter Hawaii was with a mandatory 14-day quarantine. The date kept moving back to avoid the quarantine becoming a moving target as the islands battled a COVID-19 surge.
Now, as of October 15th, Hawaii has finally reopened with a pre-travel testing option. All visitors are required to take a nucleic acid amplification test, such as a PCR test, from an approved testing partner no more than 72 hours before departure to Hawaii.
