CDC Shortens COVID Social Distancing Guidelines For Kids In School To 3 Ft!

The CDC just revised their guidelines on social distancing in schools.

They just stated that most students can now sit three feet apart instead of six feet as long as they are wearing masks. This recommendation is for all K-12 students, regardless of whether the community transmission is low, moderate or substantial. Where transmission is high, the CDC recommends that middle and high school students remain at least six feet if schools aren't able to keep students and teachers in assigned groups.

The CDC does still recommend at least six feet of distance between adults in schools and adults and students. It also still recommends six feet social distancing in common areas.
