If you're a fan of Taco Bell, you know that customers are obsessed with their hot sauce packets.

Now the chain says that soon they will offer a better option for getting rid of your old packets. Customers now will finally be able to recycle them. They just announced a new partnership with TerraCycle which is a company renowned for collecting non-recyclable materials to give the non-recyclable plastic packets a second life.

They even previously teamed up with Burger King but Taco Bell says that they are the first fast food chain to work with the company to attempt to deal with flexible film packets. It's expected to launch later this year.

Taco Bell's global chief food innovation officer said "In the food industry today, there is no widely available solution for recycling the flexible film packets that are so commonly used for condiments. So, we're thrilled to leverage the expertise of TerraCycle to recycle our iconic sauce packet packaging in a way that's as bold and innovative as our menu."
