Some Starbucks locations are currently facing supply shortages.
At some locations, they are experiencing shortages of some ingredients and customers are posting videos of their experiences online. TikTok videos have gone viral showing that Starbucks baristas using generic ingredients to try and keep up with specialty drink orders. Items like syrups are Starbucks branded but because of some shortages online videos show generic syrups.
Other videos mention shortages of vanilla sweetener and oat milk. According to a spokesperson or Starbucks, the company is unable to comment on any unofficial videos being posted online, but did state that stores nationwide are experiencing shortages.
