Simone Biles unexpectedly pulled out of the women's team gymnastics final.
USA gymnastics said that they are citing an undisclosed medical issue. Simone will be assessed daily to determine if she can return for the future competitions. Jordan Chiles competed for Simone on the uneven bars. Russia won gold, USA won silver and Great Britain won bronze.
