Ruby's might be returning to Huntington Beach Pier... this time in take out form!
The long time diner could replace the Let's Go Fishing bait shop. The Huntington Beach City Council on September 7th will give a chance to choose from three finalists for the space currently occupied by a longtime bait shop. The winner appears to be a done deal, recently formed Ruby's Hospitality Group. Instead of table service, it will be a grab and go menu that will feature burgers, fries and shakes!
If approved, it's likely to debut at the start of 2022.
