I was able to talk to Chef Jeremiah Balogh who is the Culinary Director of the Disneyland Resort and also Gary Maggetti the General Manager of Disney California Adventure Park pixar Pier, Park Banquets and Festivals/Outdoor Vending.

The Festive Foods Marketplace, with eight locations, offers tasty holiday dishes that are a nod to family traditions and dishes from around the globe. Our Disney chefs drew on inspiration from their own unique stories to create some of these marketplace menus. And the yumminess extends to special festival-inspired treats at select restaurants, carts, and kiosks throughout the park.
