Lady Gaga's Dog Walker Gives Harrowing Grand Jury Testimony
Unsealed Transcript Reveals Lady Gaga’s dog walker, Ryan Fischer, appeared at a secret grand jury in Los Angeles on October 26, 2021.
His testimony detailed the harrowing events that took place when three robbers shot Fischer and got away with two of Lady Gaga’s French bulldogs.
Fischer was shot in the chest and had to have two major surgeries which resulted in part of his lung being removed.
The shooter, James Jackson, 19, and his alleged accomplices Jaylin White, 20, and Lafayette Whaley, 28 were identified after surveillance video of their Nissan Sentra captured the license plate at a nearby 7-Eleven.
Video of a rental car used to deliver the dogs to defendant Jennifer McBride, the alleged friend of White’s father, who returned the dogs days later, claiming he found the dogs tied to a pole.
Cell phone pings and text messages helped police place the suspects at the scene of the crime.
A hearing for the case scheduled for Thursday (March 24) had to be postponed after Whaley refused to leave his cell, the judge ordered an extraction order and reset the hearing for April 5.
