Your Amazon package might be a bit more expensive starting next month.
The retail giant is adding a 'Holiday Peak Fulfillment Fee' to third-party transactions, starting Oct. 15th and running through Jan. 14th of next year.
The surcharge will average out to 35 cents per package for any seller using the 'Fulfillment by Amazon' service.
While carriers such as UPS and FedEx announce surcharges during the holiday shopping season, it’s the first time Amazon hiked seller fees for the holidays.
