Los Angeles is getting a new zip code!
The new zip code 738 will be added on November 1, 2024. The new area code will serve the same area as the 213 and 323 area codes.
Area code 738 will serve downtown L.A, Alhambra, Bell, Bell Gardens, Beverly Hills, Commerce, Cudahy, Glendale, Hawthrne, Huntington Park, Inglewood, Lynwood, Maywood, Montebello, Monterey Park, Pasadena, Rosemead, South Gate, South Pasadena and more.
Existing phone numbers will not change.
