Hats off to Betty Lindberg!!
She's a 98-year-old runner who trains 6 days a week....and started running in her 60's! Recently, she won the USA Track and Field Masters 5K Championship in Atlanta, Georgia in her age bracket. She's actually placed gold several times in various races but never realizes it as she's just there to enjoy herself. Man, we could ALL take a lesson from Betty!
