KONG Is Still The King

Back in 2005, Peter Jackson’s film KING KONG had overwhelmingly rave reviews and made a small fortune. It will be interesting to see if similar happens to this weekend’s opener Kong: Skull Island. The latter film finished well last night with a box office take of just over $20 Million. It could score between fifty and fifty-five million over the weekend. The film also scored a "B+" with CinemaScore.

Does anyone remember the old classic movie Mighty Joe Young? Maybe, we’ll be seeing a remake of that film, too.
