There are almost 250,000 individuals in the greater Los Angeles and Inland Empire areas living with Alzheimer’s or another form of dementia.
We'd like to get the word out about the incredible work Alzheimer's LA does right here in our community because many people do not know that there is easy to access help and resources out there and Alzheimer's LA offers them for FREE.
Alzheimer's LA improves the lives of local families affected by Alzheimer's/Dementia by increasing awareness, delivering effective programs/services, provide compassionate support, and advocating for quality care and a cure.
They offer classes, workshops, resource directories, support groups and other programs in addition to their Helpline which provides callers with the most up-to-date information education and support - including emotional support for those who are acting as caregivers for the ones they love who may be affected by the disease in its various stages.
