McDonald's Chief Diversity Officer Wendy Lewis stated "For the first time in our brand history, we flipped our iconic arches."

Employees will also be wearing special hats and shirts to honor today.

Temps are expected to be in the upper 70s. Beaches communities will be partly cloudy, with a high of 67.
