That night, she became the first black woman to headline, ever. Joined by over 100 backup dancers, Beyoncé brought down the house with impeccable vocals and surprise guests.
During her set she reunited Destiny’s Child to perform a medley of hits. Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams joined Queen B on stage for a perfoemance of “Say My Name,” “Lose My Breath,” and “Soldier.” It was the first appearance for the group since 2015. Beyonce’s husband Jay-Z also took the stage with her onstage for a duet of “Deja Vu.”
